1. General Overview

By purchasing from this shop, you agree to the terms outlined below. As a small, independently-owned operation, I reserve the right to refuse service or cancel orders at my discretion (e.g., in cases of suspected fraud or pricing errors).

2. Shipping & Lead Times

• Processing Time: Most orders are processed and shipped within [3–5] business days. Please note that "business days" do not include weekends or holidays.
• Carrier: Orders are shipped via [USPS/UPS/etc.]. Once a tracking number is provided, the carrier is responsible for the delivery.
• Lost/Stolen Packages: I am not responsible for packages marked as "Delivered" that go missing. Please ensure your shipping address is secure.

3. Returns & Exchanges

• All Sales Are Final: Due to the limited nature of morale patch drops, I generally do not accept returns or exchanges for "change of heart" reasons.
• Defective Items: If you receive a patch with a manufacturing defect (e.g., bad velcro, significant embroidery errors), please contact me within [7] days of delivery with a photo, and I will make it right.

4. Product Accuracy

I strive to display product colors and textures as accurately as possible. However, due to variations in monitor settings and the manufacturing process of PVC or embroidered patches, actual colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen.

5. Limitation of Liability

These patches are sold as novelty items for gear customization. I am not liable for any damage to clothing, equipment, or property resulting from the attachment or use of these products.

6. Intellectual Property

All original designs, artwork, and photography on this site are the property of this shop. Unauthorized reproduction or "bootlegging" of these designs is strictly prohibited.
