1. Business Identity

This shop is owned and operated by a sole proprietor based in Flint, Michigan. All transactions and agreements are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan.

2. Refunds and Returns

• All sales are final. Due to the limited nature of morale patches, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or the incorrect item was sent.
• Damaged Goods: If your patch arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging to arrange a replacement or refund.

3. Limitation of Liability

The shop owner is not responsible for any packages lost or stolen after they have been marked as "Delivered" by the carrier. I am not liable for any injury or damage resulting from the use or "misuse" of my products.

4. Sales Tax

As a Michigan-based business, sales tax will be applied to all orders shipped to Michigan addresses in accordance with state law.
