Refund & Return Policy
Thanks for supporting Goon Dad's Shop. Since I run this shop as a one-man operation specializing in custom and limited-run morale patches, I have to keep my policies straightforward. Please read through the following before placing your order.
1. All Sales Are Final
Every patch I sell is part of a limited production run or custom project. Because of this, I do not accept returns or offer refunds. Once you’ve completed your purchase, the sale is final.
2. No Exchanges
I am unable to offer exchanges for different designs. Please double-check the product photos, dimensions, and descriptions to make sure the patch is exactly what you're looking for before you buy.
3. Order Cancellations
Once an order is placed, I begin the fulfillment process immediately. I cannot cancel orders or issue refunds after the transaction is finished.
4. If I Make a Mistake
I take pride in my work, but I’m only human. If I send you the wrong item or if there is a genuine manufacturing defect:
- Please email me at [email protected] within 3 days of delivery.
- Include your order number and a photo of the item you received.
- If the mistake was mine, I’ll make it right by sending out a replacement or a corrected item as quickly as I can.
5. Lost or Stolen Packages
I am not responsible for packages once they are handed off to the carrier and marked as "Delivered." Please ensure your shipping address is 100% accurate at checkout, as I cannot refund or replace orders sent to an address that was entered incorrectly.
