Shipping and delivery

Thank you for supporting my shop. This policy details my shipping processes, timelines, and

restrictions for all morale patch orders.

1. Shipping Destinations

I currently only ship to addresses within the United States. I do not offer international

shipping at this time. Orders placed with an international shipping address will be cancelled

and refunded in full.

2. Order Processing Times

Standard Processing: 2 to 4 business days.

Expedited Handling: Many orders ship the same business day, depending on current

volume and time of purchase as I am only one man.

Please note that "Processing Time" is the time it takes to prepare your order for shipment.

This does not include the time the carrier takes to deliver the package to your door.

3. Shipping Methods & Tracking

All orders are shipped via standard domestic carriers. Once your order has been processed

and a shipping label has been created, you will receive an automated email containing your

tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking status to update once you

receive the notification.

4. Delivery Estimates

While I guarantee my processing times, I cannot guarantee specific delivery dates as

those are handled by third-party carriers. Most domestic orders typically arrive within 3-7

business days after shipment, though delays may occur during peak seasons or due to

inclement weather.

5. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a correct and complete shipping address. If a

package is returned to us due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, the customer will

be responsible for the cost of re-shipping the order.

6. Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is marked as "Delivered" but you have not received it, or if your patches

arrive damaged, please contact me within 7 days of the delivery date so I can assist you in

filing a claim or arranging a replacement.
